South Korea’s “Central Daily News” released a message saying that the Korea Ministry of Industry, Trade and Resources recently held the launching ceremony of “Semiconductor Raw Materials, Parts, Technical Equipment Talent Cultivation Project”. The Ministry of Industry said that it will carry out an education program to train personnel training in semiconductor raw materials, parts, technical equipment, etc., and plans to train 300 senior researchers (60 people per year) through the project in five years.

It is understood that the talent training project is headed by the Korea Semiconductor Industry Association, and six universities, 41 SMEs, backbone enterprises, and associations will participate.
