Macroblock's mini LED driver IC has a good news and is adopted by Samsung, TCL, etc.

According to Taiwan Media Economic Daily, Macroblock is actively expanding the mini LED driver IC market and has been successfully adopted by Samsung, Konka and TCL large-size TVs.

Macroblock stated that the mini LED market is expected to grow rapidly. It is estimated that the overall mini LED market is expected to exceed US$1 billion in 2023, becoming the focus of the panel and other industries in recent years.

Macroblock adopts mini LED backlight display technology with full matrix partition dimming, which will provide fine image quality comparable to organic light emitting diodes (OLED), as well as high contrast and resolution.

At the same time, with the mature scanning architecture in the LED driver IC field, a single IC can drive more LED lights, which helps to save the total number of additional driving circuits and the cost of driving circuits.

At present, Macroblock's mini LED driver IC has been adopted by Samsung, Konka and TCL large-size TVs. Industry insiders expect that mini LED driver ICs will be one of Macroblock's main driving forces for future operational growth.
