At present, ASML is the only manufacturer in the world to produce EUV and UV lithography machines. This equipment is used in the production of advanced semiconductor chips. It is also currently a supplier of advanced semiconductor process manufacturers such as Samsung, TSMC and Intel.

On October 16th, when the third quarter of 2019 was published, ASML reported net sales (netsales) of 3 billion euros in the third quarter of 2019, net income (netincome) of 627 million euros, and gross margin (43.7%).
